Staff Sgt. Michael Lowe

Please keep my beloved brother, Staff Sgt. Michael Lowe, his wife, and two children in your prayers. Pray that God's special angels will keep his family, whom he left behind, to serve our country. There are real men and women who put their lives on the line. Let's pray for God's protection to bring my brother and the other troops back home safely.

He got the honor to be apart of the Honor Guard for this ceremony.








On July 1, 2009 the Army Reserves Wrote an article about him:

"Staff Sgt. Michael Lowe was the first chaplain’s assistant ever to compete in the Army Reserve’s prestigious “Best Warrior Competition” at Fort McCoy, Wis., 13-17 July.

Lowe, an Atlanta resident, is a chaplain’s assistant with the 642nd Regional Support Group located in Decatur, Ga. Lowe deployed to Afghanistan in 2005-6, where he was responsible for ministry support to over 1,500 Soldiers in Task Force Pacemaker. His goals include traveling to Madagascar as a minister and completing his bachelor’s degree in theology at Oakwood University.

He is one of only 28 Soldiers in the 206,000-strong Army Reserve to be selected for this elite competition. More...
