Precious Tear #40

Almost a year ago I joined Twitter, a social network to share with my followers health tips, inspirational thoughts, ministry updates, and my personal thoughts.

During the month of January I tweeted, a messages less than 140 characters and was surprised to get a positive response so quickly.

One of my followers Eliashib Rafford Smith, also known as @reidklos on Twitter, responded to my post by praying for me on his blog Tailor Made. He played a big role in helping me come up with the name Abounding Health Ministries. I will be forever grateful for his "Tear #40" and encouragement over the years.

"LORD,

Via Twitter my girl, @AboundingHealth, better known as Precious Lowe, asked for prayer.

“This day has been a trying one……… all those who can join in prayer with me… please pray for me.”

First, Father, please strengthen her so that she may be able to endure the “race” and finish strong. Help her sort out what she really needs to tackle today. Remind her that some things are Yours to be concerned with. Send her a helper if that’s what she needs.

Ease her mind. We have nothing to worry about. Stop her for a moment so that she can refocus her energy and glance into Your face. Show her a glimpse of Your glory, a piece of Your character that she needs to acknowledge.

Don’t let her faith in You and Your power fail in the least. Order her steps in Your word.

Touch her body and send a burst of life through it. Quicken her thoughts and sharpen her mind. Fill her with Your spirit.

Protect her from the evil one and his cunning devices. Quench the fiery darts of his attacks on her, her friends, her family, and those associated with her. Send a legion of angels to help her to stand against the darkness that seeks to press her down.

All power and glory is Yours forever, LORD, so I believe You can do all that I’ve asked. And whatever I didn’t ask for that she needs, LORD, please grant it as You see fit, because You know exactly what’s going on.

Love You"
